We are also specialize in Odoo ERP system implementation. Odoo is an all-in-one, open-source business management software suite that is popular in Malaysia. The software suite covers key business functions like accounting, procurement, project management, manufacturing, and supply chain operations.

The duration of our consulting or system implementation engagement may vary depending on the scope of the project. Onsite workshops may last for one to two weeks, and Kaizen Initiative or System Implementation may take one to two months. We committed to delivering results within the agreed timeline. The goal is to provide flexible and effective consulting services that fit seamlessly into your schedule and priorities.

    I offer tailored Lean Six Sigma training that caters specifically to your organization's unique needs. The class can be conducted on-premise for hands-on experience or remote sessions for convenience. Each session is designed to be interactive, encouraging group participation and collaboration, which is essential for maximizing learning outcomes.

    The standard Lean Six Sigma Awareness and Introduction training comprises three days of comprehensive learning. This duration allows for in-depth discussions and practical applications of Lean Six Sigma principles. The optimum class size is between 10 to 15 participants, fostering an environment where each individual can engage actively. Should your organization have specific requirements, I am more than willing to adjust the content and schedule to better fit your objectives.
