Event Description
This is a in-person course on Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green/Black Belts conducted in the workshop setting cater for:
- Subject Matter Experts, Process Owners, Project Sponsors/Champions who seek to deepen their understanding on Lean Six Sigma concepts and learn to apply them in specific business scenarios;
- Aspired professionals preparing for Lean Six Sigma Yellow, Green, Black Belt Certification
It is a 5 days in-person course to be conducted in Kuala Lumpur, daily 9 – 5 pm (Malaysia time) .
At the end of the course, the participant would understand:
- Basic concepts of Lean Six Sigma including 5 Whys, SIPOC, CTQ, 7 Wastes etc.
- Detail Process Improvement lifecycle of Lean Six Sigma, from Define, Measure, Analyze, Improvement, to Control stage of DMAIC methodology.
- The participants would learn the key Lean Six Sigma concepts including Project Charter, Value-stream Mapping, Hypothesis Testing, Probability Distribution Analysis, Advanced Control Chart.
- The participants would also learn the advanced Black Belt topics like Advanced Graphs/Stat Analysis, Design of Experiments etc.
This is also a course for participants preparing for Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate as in the course the sample questions of The Council for Six Sigma Certification exam would be discussed.
