This is a online Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt course cater for:
- Professionals and Executives who seek to understand Lean Six Sigma at the holistic level;
- Aspired professionals preparing for Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification
It is a 9 hours online course broken into 3 sessions conducted over the course of 3 days, daily 2 – 5 pm (Malaysia time) .
At the end of the course, the participant would understand what is Lean Six Sigma, how it is able to help organization to continuous improve and reinvent itself. The participants would learn the key Lean Six Sigma principles like DMAIC, SIPOC, CTQ, 7 Wastes.
This is also a course for participants preparing for Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certificate as in the course the sample questions of The Council for Six Sigma Certification exam would be discussed.
